PM Modi Unveils Gujarat’s 5,900 Crore Development Projects, Aims for India’s Development by 2047

In his address on Monday, Prime Minister Narendra Modi reaffirmed the government’s unwavering commitment to transforming India into a developed nation by 2047 during Amrit Kal. He made these remarks while speaking to a gathered audience following the inauguration and groundbreaking ceremony for diverse developmental projects exceeding a total investment of 5,900 crore rupees in Dabhoda, located in the Mehsana district.

These projects span multiple sectors, encompassing rail, road, drinking water, and irrigation. They hold the potential to bring significant benefits to seven districts in North and central Gujarat.

Prime Minister Modi emphasized that the extensive range of infrastructure projects unveiled on that day would not only enhance connectivity and stimulate tourism in the North Gujarat region but also pave the way for greater prosperity and improved well-being for the local population.

He further noted that the government is now pivoting towards the development of clean energy sources, with a particular focus on solar energy and biofuels. Moreover, he highlighted the significant role that North Gujarat is poised to play in the burgeoning Green Hydrogen sector.
