New Delhi plays host to the second two-plus-two dialogue between India and Australia. Before the dialogue, Raksha Mantri Rajnath Singh engaged in bilateral talks with Australian Deputy Prime Minister and Defence Minister Richard Marles. Dr. Jaishankar also had a meeting with the Australian Defence Minister. In a social media post, the External Affairs Minister shared insights into discussions covering recent developments impacting the Indo-Pacific strategic landscape and exchanged perspectives on West Asia. Additionally, the leaders delved into the excitement of the World Cup Cricket final match.
This dialogue serves as a pivotal platform for India and Australia to deepen their diplomatic and defense collaboration, fostering a robust and enduring partnership.
