New Delhi, December 14, 2023: In a stellar performance, India triumphed over South Africa in the 1st ODI at the Wanderers, winning by 8 wickets. Arshdeep Singh’s remarkable five-wicket haul and Avesh Khan’s four-wicket contribution restricted South Africa to their lowest-ever home ODI score of 116.

Arshdeep Singh made an impactful ODI debut, claiming five wickets, while Avesh Khan impressed with four wickets. South Africa faced an early collapse, losing four wickets within the first 10 overs.
